Behavioral design in video games

Are games addictive by design? Or can they also help us lead better lives? With the support of the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations (BZK) The Trimbos institute and the Alliantie ‘Digitaal Samenleven’ (ADS) brought an interdisciplinary team of researchers together to find out. Combining knowledge from the field of game design and game research (Eindhoven University & Trimbos Institute), behavioral change expertise (Trimbos-institute & Eindhoven University) and legal expertise (Leiden University), this groundbreaking study aims to answer a big question: what is responsible design in video games?  Join us for a discussion during Dutch Media Week to hear the results.
